Sierra Vista bushings

I am in the process of turning a blank I made with Eastern Diamondback skin that I believe will stick through the finished size of a regular sierra. Earlier post http://www.penturners.org/forum/showthread.php?t=84778
I have the bushing sizes BUT, here's the dumb question, is the .551 or the .523 bushing the nib end? I assume the .523 but want to make sure.

Yes, the smaller bushing is on the nib end.
