Sorry to disagree. If he is refering to the sierra black ti and platinum then Rockler is cheaper at $11.95. Woodcraft and Rockler are not always the best price on kits but for this sierra with this plating Rockler wins by about $1.80. I often buy them using a coupon and that gets the price in the $9 - $10 range.

Rarely do you get anything cheaper from a distributor. The resellers purchase in large quantities and receive the quantity discount and in turn pass it along to their customers.
Might even want to check with the vendors here on the site, they have good deals with great service and possibly a better price.
