There was a post a few days ago about using shower curtain rings for storing bushings. I have looked for them at 4 different places so far and cannot find them. I have checked Lowes, Home Depot, one of the Dollar stores, and cannot find them. Does anyone know who still carries them, if they are still made?

Thanks.

Home Depot here has them, I used to get them there regularly to keep my o-rings in order (for pneumatic tool repair.) Sometimes small items like this are hard to find, especially in the big-box stores, but if you ask for them, they can usually help you to locate them.

I have 2 million baby food jars in my attic. (three year old, and 1 year old twins, and a packrat for a wife) They are probably a little big for just bushings but they are great for other various parts and other things.

I have the tops screwed to the bottom of a shelf in front of my lathe. the bottles just screw into the tops and hang there. I printed labels on the ones that I use. They are at eye level and right there when I need them.

I will send an assortment to whoever wants them.
