Just had my left shoulder replaced. I'm four weeks into recovery. Is there any one out there who can tell me how long it will be before I can start turning again?
Wow... I had a torn rotator cuff surgery. And that took 3 months before even therapy could start. I wasn't permitted to move it much at all so it could heal. I'd say it took me about 5 months before I did anything in the shop. But, all surgeries are different and we all heal differently.Just had my left shoulder replaced. I'm four weeks into recovery. Listen to the Doctors and take your time. A lady who had surgery the same time I did... decided to jump into a pool before she was told she could.... tore her arm out again. It is really slow in the beginning. But once they give the green light... you can go as hard as you want. Here I am 1 year after my rotator cuff surgery.
I think you are joking... but the number is how much I'm pressing up.Robert
thats a BIG weight loss target you're showing there !!Are you not concerned of fading away ???
More seriously Bryan take it easy you want to rebuild the cut muscles and that takes time . You're talking months NOT weeks here.
Stay safe
