Can anyone recommend a site for shed plans? Nothing fancy, just a utility shed, maybe 8x12 or something like that.

Build it bigger than what you are thinking...you will run out of room quick and wish you would have!

Check the lumber yards, some sell the "kit" plans and all for less than you can buy the lumber to build the same shed. Not sure where you are but I am getting a 8x12 built in Ruidoso, NM using one from 84 Lumber. Ready to paint for I think about $1400.

Ahh, i'll check into 84 Lumber, theres one right near me in MA.
