This is my first segmented box. I wanted it subtle so I opted to use non contrasting woods. It's all birdseye maple my jig cut the segments perfectly. I wasn't sure if the segmenting would hold together while threading, but I had zero issues. I am very happy with the results.Overall size is 2.125 x 3.00

Looks great! I'm always impressed with your precision. Maybe you should market some of those jigs.
I bought a chefwarekits threading jig a few years ago. Thread chasing just isn't an option on most domestic woods.
The jig is just a simple wedgie sled.
