Now I know why people don't want to make click pens. I just got a call from a customer that bought a PSI bullet click from me saying it's not clicking. That's the second one, I think I'm done with them.

I have had really good luck with the Vertex, Long Click (CSUSA), and Sierra style clicks. From PSI I had a Guardian click fail 3 times before I finally gave up on that line. So there are some decent clicks out there. Sorry to hear of your problem.

I think the tolerances in the click mechanism aren't very well adhered to. I think they are also very easy to damage if the pen is dropped. At a show about two weeks ago, someone dropped one of my PSI bullet pen kits about 1 1/2 feet onto the table. I didn't think anything of it at the time. About an hour later a second customer picked it up and pointed out that it would no longer retract when clicked. Very dissapointing as I can never get them apart without damaging them.

Make sure they haven't lost the spring out from under the plunger button.

I haven't looked at it yet, but I suspect that spring is the reason it stopped working. I think it got jammed and stuck and it sounds like they tried to fix it before calling me, so who knows.
I can't take them apart either without damaging them, or Sierra's for that matter but there's gotta be a way.
