Searching for Cigar/Big Ben style gold click pen kit

All of the standard suppliers I use have discontinued the gold Cigar or Big Ben style click pen kits. I can only find it in the twist style. Does anyone know of a vendor that still carries them or a hobbyist that may have one or two they would be willing to sell to me?
