Opened boxes today to get ready and turn but in our trip from Texas to California and the delayed construction on the studio, the Cyanoacrylic hot glue has solidified. Ordered an emergency supply from Monty who not only got it on the mail truck today but called me to make sure all is right. Some addressed had not been updated on his website giving it a possibility of being rejected. Not so with Monty. Fixed it.

Best purchase I have made in the past year...wish I had bought it years ago. i use the MILD setup and can knock out a CA shine in half the time it took before...nice fine mist, no splotches.
 
Grant I may be totally wrong but would guess they are talking about one of those spray cans that can be recharged with air like this one......

I bought one I believe at Harbor Freight a few years ago and planned on using in with CA accelerator but after using it a while decided to go back to the small refillable spray bottle instead because it had such a fine mist spray pattern. The can worked fine but didn't have as fine a spray pattern that I was used to. Different brands would no doubt produce some better spray nozzles than others.

If you buy a refillable bottle "off the shelf" like the one's HF carried in the past, you have to make sure the seals and o-rings are compatible with the accelerator your are using. Some accelerators will destroy them and the bottle will be useless. I went through several HF bottles before I gave up on them.

That sounds well and good but to me the more important fact is that you sell different spray nozzles which sounds like I will get a fine spray, better than the harbor freight model.

In your opinion does your can with the finest nozzle spray as fine or finer mist than the small refillable pump spray bottles that Ez Bond sells?

I just had a customer order 27 bottle stoppers so perhaps I can spring for another spray can! :smile:

Don, thank you for asking. It is everything Mary and I dreamed of. We drove down streets today that had snow filled limbs and it was out of a Christmas Card. People at the market and post office are friendly and Laugh.

Moving back to California and buying a FHLMC foreclosure and being cheated by a seller of a car who took our life savings was not easy. We paid double tax on our car when we registered it with DMV. We lived in a small upstairs bedroom while the renovation was taking place. Me, Mary and two small dogs and Subway sandwiches.

Good news. The renovation is nearly complete. We traded the bad car and even though it did not run the dealer forgave us and took it anyway (long story). We now have hot water, heating, three finished bedrooms, kitchen and living room. My studio is nearly done. We have made friends. We are a happy couple.

P.S.: We are suing the bastard that sold us the car and I am becoming a licensed investigator.

As long as your claim has a court judgement, I can take over. Writs, Garnishments, and more. Yes, coffee sounds great and I remember reading about your Saab. I hope your holidays are turning out was wondrous as our are.

This is a bit off topic.

I LOVE my refillable bottle! I needed Accelerator and IMHO the best way to buy it from Monty is in 8 oz bottle (because shipping gallons is so expensive). It was out of stock for a day, and Monty has become my "have it two days later" vendor.

Will I mess up my "regular" setup by using the mild accelerator that was in stock when I ordered?

In my opinion, the fine nozzle is finer than the pump sprayer.

The sprayer manufacturer, says the o-rings and seals are not cross compatible since the regular is acetone based and the mild is heptane based.
