Have any of you good turning folks used this tool? I really like mine for sanding and polishing the insides of my bowls. I use the Beall polishing balls to polish the bowl's insides after sanding. It really takes but just a few minutes to sand or polish and it sure beats getting the fingers caught and twisted painfully or even broken. Been there ... done that!

IMHO, one trick I have is it seems to work better for me if I turn the lathe backwards (reverse) to the rotation of the sander/polisher. It helps to hold the sanding cloth onto the pneumatic ball, and also increases the friction when polishing.
