Rubber comfort grips colors

Hey folks,
I'm looking for a source for the rubber comfort grips that come with some pen kits. I just need the grips, not the kits, preferably in a variety of colors. I've looked at pennstate, exoticblanks, and don't see them sold separately from kits. Thanks in advance for your help.
