Rollerball nib and single start threads couplings for closed end pens

Where can I get rollerball nibs and couplers with single start threads for a closed end pen?

The only source I know of for single start couplers is to make them yourself, unless you want to take some from kit pens. You may be able to get someone to custom make them for you, if you know what sizes you want.
