My Rikon 70x050vs took a dump. Won't turn on. It's still under warranty though. I called Customer Service and spoke with a very nice young lady who asked a few questions to determine where to send my call. Then I spoke with a service guy (Tim I think) who figured out that I needed a replacement speed controller. He took my name, address and email and sent the part. Couldn't have been on the phone for more than 3 minutes. WOW!
 
Rikon has some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. They got my air filter back up and running within 2 days of my first call to them. No charge, no questions, and very knowledgeable on the phone.
