I just upgraded my mini lathe and am now in the need of more room in my garage. I am selling my faithful Rikon 70-100 that I have upgraded to variable speed.
The original cost of the lathe was $339. The cost of the variable speed kit was $179. The original price of the stand was $179. That totals $697. I am selling the entire kit and caboodle (including the 48"x12" work table I added between the lathe and the stand) for $450.00.
Please, inquires from local folks only. Local is the Charlotte area including Upstate South Carolina. The lathe and stand are cast iron and too heavy to ship.
By the way, the photo of the stand is blurry and there is still a bit of padauk sanding dust on the legs -- it is not rusty.
