My pain level has improved and as long as I wear my back brace I can work in the shop for a few hours at a time. If you need something I'm open for business!!

Glad to hear you are doing better. If you are going through physical therapy, aka "Physical Torture", ask the therapist if doing more than minimum will help you to get better faster?
