had a chance yesterday to turn a couple pens... always such a treat to slide the skew across the perfectly smooth surface of a Rick Herrell tool rest...Almost ordered a third tool rest, but his machining is so perfect the rest simply unscrews easily and is replaced by the third rest I have. cannot say enough positives about it
