I own a #3 vicmarc escoulen eccentric chuck with the threaded ball adapter.
I want to start playing with turning eccentric bottle stoppers/openers and pizza cutter handles. 3/8-16 and 5/16-18 threads. So I designed up an adapter for each of the 2 common threads to fit the the m30x2 threaded ball. Yes I could have used a face plate and set it up with a threaded bolt going through a nut but when @rherrell makes such amazing jigs/adapters/tooling why not go with the best. These are intended to take set screws to thread on the handle or bottle stopper.
These are truly a work of art.
