Haven't been to Richmond race since spring of '04. Dale Jr won that race btw.

Personally, i think Dale needs his own "Ray Everham". Ray made Gordon what he is, because he could calm Jeff down and keep him focused. I truely believe this is exactly the same thing Dale needs.
