Rhodium desk pen holder

I'm looking for some high end desk pen holders. The customer has in mind some that are about 2" long, adjustable and sized for the Jr. Gent ball point/pencil set. This is a 50+ pen sale opportunity if I can find a pen holder that he likes. Where can I find some?
