I ran across a Wood River revolver pen (Woodcraft160150) that I built a long time ago. It is discontinued. For reference, I had marked the Woodcraft refill number on the instruction sheet; #159326. No longer available. Searched Staples and got this: Zebra 4C-0.7 which is a black refill; stock #85612 which shows no longer available. It is an odd refill as it is just a straight "tube" with no plastic tip as it inserts directly into the click mechanism. Anyone know of another refill that will fit? Otherwise, I have inherited a pen until the refill goes dry.

That does look like the mini refills and as mentioned Exotics has them https://exoticblanks.com/products/m...97685&pr_ref_pid=7538185240629&pr_seq=uniform Do not know the legth of theirs though. They do not mention.

Thanks to all for the information. Makes me feel better. My question would be for a customer getting a replacement. I could include two refills but what about later when the refills are dry?
Edit: adding the link for Exotic Blanks; refills are comparable to Cross #5828-4 and Zebra #4C refills. Will search Staples for the Cross refill for reference.
Edit 2: Staples doesn't show that item. Same with Office Depot.
Edit 3: Amazon has them linked to the Cross number.

Walmart and Staples both have mini refills. Your customer should be able to find them there.
I have entered all the included info for both refills. Staples doesn't list either one, in store or online. How about a link/links if you have them? I'll check to confirm and include on the price tag with the pen.

The mini inkfills are called "D1," which I understand is a standard size. A web search on "D1 replacement ink" returns multiple options that match the length shown in your photo. Some are longer, which might include the threaded plastic end which can be pulled off

Black @ Staples
Blue @ Staples
Blue @ Office Depot/Max (shows out of stock online but I list it becasue some people have these stores available to them)

I used to live near a brick and mortar Staples and would buy refills from their 'specialty' or higher end refill tree. Always saw the minis hanging there. Oh, by the way, that large plastic end on the cross and a few others, just take it off.

I used to annoy my friends with this Click Here
