I just got my Master turn system from PSI (Benjamin's Best Master-Turn Handle System at Penn State Industries) and thought I'd say a few things about it. I guess you get what you pay for. The handle is covered in some kind of a PVC tubing. This in itself would have been fine if they had fully covered the handle but they left about 3/8" uncovered on each end. There also should be some way to make the handle a bit heavier.
The chisels themselves seem to be pretty good, but the flutes could have been a bit longer. I did have to regrind them to a grind I prefer.
The handle uses a 5/8" collet to hold the chisels and the adapter for the 3/8" chisel had to be sanded down a bit to get it to fit in the collet.
All in all a fair system for only $100 from Amazon and it will hold chisels for the sovereign and one way systems as well.
