now that's just downright funny....don't care who you are 
so many of my customers looking at my bottle stoppers during a show ask why they should buy one 'cause they always drink the entire bottle....i just tell them it's for the 'second' bottle

You're not alone, I'll take a cold beer anyday :beer:. Wine tastes/smells too much like vinegar to me. Guess I am not sophisticated enough.

Trust me, with my uncle we are usually around wine that is stupid expensive. I am not sure he has anything in his collection that is under $50 a bottle. I just don't have the palate for it. Then again I use to hate broccoli and now I love. I have not tried wine for at least a dozen years and don't plan on trying it any time soon.

What's wroyng with MD 20/20? Fine table wine, er, uh, under the table wine. goes well with Mt. Dew, the home made kind.

I too have tried a number of times with expensive wines and couldn't get past the taste. It's just not for me ... and I am okay with that ... I like a good beer :beer:

Someone tried to educate me on wine once. From the sound of it 50$ a bottle is the low end of reasonable.
I never acquired the taste either. And beer is worse. Taquilla, and bourbon yum.
