Does anyone know where to get a laser pointer kit and/or components that would run off of 2 AAA batteries and could be made into a full "pen" size"?
Berea sells the key chain type but my customer wants a full size.

I've never made one so I am not sure if this would work, but, if you get the same size tube in the length you want, it looks to me like you could turn an acrylic cylinder that would go in the tube to take up the space between the threaded finial and the batteries.

Not kit or components but you will get a ton of hits on amazon for laser PENS that use the AAA batteries You should be able to rework them into something you can use just remember it must have the warning sticker, manufactured date, and serial number. The feds have gotten picky on that info since the up tick in idiots shooting pilots in the eyes in flying planes! And two tons if googled laser PENS :clown:
