Redwood Burl Baron Rollerball

Hi folks,
Haven't posted a pen in a while. Here is one I made for an exchange over on the Creek with a turner from Down Under. Ti/Gold Baron rollerball, dressed in redwood burl (possibly "lace", not quite sure). Finish is BLO/CA. Excuse the lousy photo. I need to upgrade my little coolpix.


In exchange, I received a Baron fountain pen dressed in Conkerberry. (Photo does not do it justice).

Two nice looking pens, I'd be hard pressed to say which I prefer the Redwood Burl is awfully nice, but then I've never seen Conckerberry wood before.

I do like those Barons. Both are looking good. I swappped a Baron also on the Creek.
