Red Zebrawood Cut Diagonally

This is a new wood to me; I turned a lot of Zebrawood, but not red. As with all diagonally cut wood, slow down when drilling and watch those edges when turning.

I included a stick of regular unfinished Zebrawood as a comparison.

My iPhone 6S does a good job. The sensor is not great with the color red, but it is usually wonderful.
