Red Mulberry Burl

On a Black Titanium Zen Rollerball with magnetic Postable Cap.
Sanded to 400x, buffed with extra fine steel wool, burnished with turned shavings, and applied 6 coats of MINWAX WBOM Clear Satin Polyurethane using my "Dipping Method".

I had a bunch of those blanks around here....I always thought it amazing that the wood doesn't even look close to being red(Red Mulberry), and even the berry juice that drips from the trees is purple-ish. Just sort of funny that's all....
