This one got all the ribbons red,yellow and blue(Actually it was all those colors on one ribbon)

Well I would say that it takes the blue ribbon. Is the ribbon wrap right over the brass?

I was picturing a centerband turned from some solid material that you have been displaying lately. Maybe even the finial would would look good from matching material. What do you think?

You mean the denim?
Hmmm Don't know.The ribbon came from Walmart done the same as teh denim.
I can see a "fabric" centerband but the finial would be tough.
Maybe a multicolored custom acrylic.
