Do any of you put a "maker's" mark on your pens...if you do how do you do it and where do you put it. Finding a mark on antiques that proves who made it enhances the value considerably and some of you folks seem to be in the business of making heirlooms so I wonder if you mark them.

I don't, Smitty, but I'm glad you started this thread. I want to hear what ideas others may have.
I've thought about designing something that I could have lasered onto the lower end, next to the nib, that would be one of a kind, and eye-catching, but I'm afraid it would add too much to the cost, to be worth it. I don't even know how they could rotate the pen to make it fit...
 
I've lasered some signatures for people before.. they send the pen parts
un-assembled. I assume they're putting the clip over the initials or signature.
The rotary turns the tubes, so focus is no problem.
