Had that happen and it's frustrating to get back up and running. I'm sure that the folks can help. FWIW, I keep all my passwords in a note book with a code that no one can read.

Are they still in existence? Wow. Last time I tried to get on there the server was down and I thought they just did not reup that thing.
I'd start with Toni Street, Barry Gross or Kurt Hertzog.
