I suspect that PSI would sell you a set, but you can probably get replacements at a hardware store.

Take the chuck with you to test the screw size. It's metric, so you will need to go to a hardware store with an extensive selection of miscellaneous screws and nuts.

If ACE falls short try Fastenal.

Barracuda2 Screws

I've got a Fastenal close by -- I'll be checking there. Haven't lost any screws, but have managed to strip out the heads on a couple. Those screws seem to get stuck in there pretty solidly sometimes. Makes me wonder if I got a bit of sawdust in the threads or something?? I now try keep those threads spiffy clean, keep a little lube on them -- and don't torque 'em down quite as much. I've actually been wondering about getting a second chuck so I don't need to change out the jaws quite as often.

Headed towards the "bucket of chucks" --- the sign of a serious turner!!!!

Welcome aboard the multi-chuck bus!!!!

You may need to take a bit off the edge of some of the hardware screws to keep them from standing a bit proud of the jaws -- but I have not have any problem with the screws sitting a hair above the jaws on the barracuda chuck.
