Everyone shows their beautiful pens, their success', well I'm going to show a failure. I was experimenting with color today and I came up with this. It didn't come out as well as I had hoped. I'm not going to say what the color is yet.:D[}:)] GUESS!!!!!!!!!

I've spent way too much time looking at paints lately...I'd have to guess "post-wine-press grapes" for the color. And heck, at least you can take pride in the craftsmanship of the pen!

RT. I take your guess as a slander on my copy writed name [:D]

Tom, what I can't figure out, if you were not happy with your results,
why would you assemble it as a pen?
Why not keep sanding back and experiment on the same piece,
then if you still don't like it, cut the wood off and save the barrels and experiment some more.

But since you asked....I guess blocthy sprickly pear. [:D]

I guess I was having a senior moment because I must have thought everyone had done some plumbing and glued PVC together. The purple was the primer used on PVC. I'm over my senior moment and am back on track. I think!!!
