I find I don't often have an occasion to give a thumbs up to Penn State stuff, but I have to give a big shout out to their new V4 Pen Press. I know, many of you are so handy you build your own washing machines and cast your own bathtubs, but I have a 9 and an 11 year old, plus a wife that is moving closer to murder and/or suicide because of my addiction, and my time is seriously budgeted! So, for 40 bucks, you get a cast iron, no flex, no bend lever section, a solid metal base, and the coolest spring mechanism that really lets it work as if you've got a third hand. I really need 4, but this is better than 2.
If you're time challenged, have a few extra bucks, make pens and need a way to press them together with great control and function, you may want to look at this press. I had an old one from I think PSI and the lever/hinge section was made with crapmetal and bent left, right, up and down, all at the wrong times. This one will not do that, plus it's cool looking.
There, don't say I never say anything nice about Penn State.
