Cheer PSI

There are a lot of complaints about PSI on this board. In fairness, I want to report an instance of truly outstanding service.

I had a question about a product that I was thinking about purchasing, and I entered the question in the customer question area on the web site, and also sent an e-mail to customer service. Within 24 hours I received an e-mail with the answer, and later received a phone call.

Based on that answer, I placed my order last Friday morning. The material arrived yesterday (Monday). Now, I admit that I live about 5 hours away from Philadelphia, so it's a quick passage with UPS. But that's still very fast.

And yes, the order was complete in every way.

I have always gotten my PSI packages w/in the window given. It does not matter to me which day it ships as long as it gets here when they say it will and it always has. I have dealt w/ CS several times and has always been a pleasure.

I changed it to a cheer. It could have been set as a Jeer to get folks to read or it could have been a mistake. Regardless, it was changed to be fair to PSI.
