I felt I had to give this Cheer because I have in the past given some Jeer's.
I ordered some seam rippers from PSI on June 9th and had them sitting on my door step June 13, I thought that was great. I made one for a customer the tried my hand at the magnetic ones. During assembly I found the blank was about 1/8" to short, thinking I screwed up an got carried away with the barrel trimmer I assembled one with just the tube and got the same result. I called PSI on June 18th described my problem, the young man asked if I could cut my tubes when I said yes he said he would send me some tubes and the cutting portion of the seam ripper since I broke it trying to make it fit. Two days later I had a box with a package of ten tubes and a cutter. I had quit doing business with them but they have won me back for now. Thanks PSI
