I'm very new here and to turning pens, but I have had awesome experiences with PSI! I've placed 3 orders in the last two and a half weeks and had them delivered very quickly. Two orders were placed over the weekend. They were shipped the following Monday and delivered on Wednesday. I placed another order yesterday and it is scheduled to be delivered Monday. I placed my first order before finding this website and became concerned after reading some reviews, but it looks like they are making every effort to rectify their problems.
