I know I know ... This crow doesn't taste so good but hey, what's right is right.
This is an update to my previous (and perhaps premature) jeer for PSI. I did receive a chuck last week - and i must say it is not the chuck I ordered but to my delite a chuck that was a considerable upgrade! And no additional charge to me even! All in all I think the communication should have been much more forth coming about the back order but the upgraded chuck gesture sure makes up for it. Thank you PSI
FWIW - as others have stated .. An email or after hours call gets you no where (although I don't understand the no email response - this is 2012 after all). Call them during normal hours and talk to one of the CSR's - worked for me.
