I've tried twice to contact PSI tech support via the contact form on their website, but I've still had no response for nearly a week. Does anyone have an email address for PSI tech support?
I have also tried the email route to no success...but when I call they always take care of things right away. I even talked them into adding a couple of items to some repair material they were sending, worked out to free shipping for me. Anyway, the phone support is great, the email not so much...
They may be closed this weekend. But I have called on the weekend and spoken to a very nice woman who always makes things right. I find that calling is immediate and they are very responsive to any issue and make things right very quickly, if possible.
In my world calling is the best way to deal with things. I have found that I have sent emails that have never been received. I received a text at the beginning of this week that was sent early last week. Don't know where it spent the week, but it took over a week to get to me. Tech is not all it is meant to be.
