I made an order with PSI and used rush processing. It had been a week so I called then up and spoke to a nice lady. She researched it and after a few minutes said she would have to call me back so that I wasn't on hold for a long time. There was a glitch in the order system. She is sending the package out two day UPS air and is refunding me the original shipping (I'm not paying for the new one either). I know some have not liked them but this is as close to a problem as I have had.
