Hi everyone, I just got off the phone with customer service and thought I'd share.I had to call for some replacement parts and they refused me to send the parts that needed to be replaced.I offered 3 times and she still said "no,thats ok I just send a new kit".Cheers to PSI.

Yeah, I had a similar experience with PSI the other day. I had ordered 6 of their Manhattan Click pens. I wanted 2 gold, 2 gun metal, and 2 chrome. When the order arrived, I was surprised to see they had mistakenly sent 3 gold and 3 chrome. I called, and the folks in customer service said they'd get the 2 gun metal pen kits out right away, apologized for the mistake, and told me just to keep the extra two kits for my trouble. Excellent customer service!
