PSI Breast Cancer Pen Problem

I have turned several Cancer Pens this week and I have ran into problems with changing the standard refill with private reserve refills from Exotic Blanks. The private reserve refills have a tight fit around the coupler of the pen. I have been slightly reaming the inside of the coupler and removing the sticker from the refill and then cleaning the glue with acetone. I just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced the same problem.

There was a thread about this a while back, and I think the labels were the problem. The issue was with different components, but I believe the issue was still the labels adding just enough width to cause problems.

Yes it is do to the labels. I am working a solution to correct the problem but we will have to fix it. I have brought this up with PSI.
