Well some of you know, some may not, but I have been working on a new business venture in Embroidery and purchased a franchise company called EmbroidMe. Well after many months of planning I am proud to announce that I opened my doors for the first time yesterday. (I know sorry for the late posts, but I was busy dang it)

Many of you have found my EmbroidMe of Bangor page on facebook (www.facebook.com/embroidme.bangor if you missed it) where I have been posting pics of the buildout and of my new staff (I hired 2 full time employees so far). Well if you want to see pics, but are not on facebook, check out my Picasa album: https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/myphotos

To those who have supported me so far, a huge thank you! I will be putting together some sort of promo for IAP in the near future, so keep an eye out in the classifieds.

Thanks again for the support.

Dan, I just know all your hard work will pay off, congrads on the first store, betch you'll have a string of EmbroidMe shops all over New England before it's done.

Congrats Dan! If you need a digitizer, remember my son works for Embroidme here in The Woodlands, north of Houston.

In these times when all you seem to hear is.... "I can't do [whatever] because of the economy", it is good to see someone on his own feet reaching for success. I hope your new business does well!

This is why I rarely watch the news anymore George. Here is my view, if the economy was so bad off as "they" make it out to be, people wouldn't be driving cars, going out to eat, seeing a movie (even if it was the cheap seats) etc. People are still buying, and the business I am in is to help other businesses promote themselves. To me this is almost the perfect time to start a business.
Thanks for the support.
