I like THAT! The way you described the barrel with maple cast in P.R. I'm assuming you turned the maple below the bushings applied the picture then cast? If so I've tried that a few times but had no luck with it. If that's what you did I will have to go back and try again. Whatever and however you did an amazing job.

Kenny, that's what I did. Turned the maple blank to 0.430" / 7/16" and cast in PR.
