I recently made my first EDC Dura Click pens. The one I have been carrying every day has a problem in that the click mechanism has a tendency to unscrew out of the cap coupler. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you remedy the problem?

Whenever I have something coming loose I use a dab of blue Loctite. If I need to dissemble it later it is still possible if difficult.

Yes. It is common. Blue loctite is just keep an eye on it. The top and bottom come loose. Not the best design.

Perhaps this is strange to say in view of others' experiences expressed above, but I have not had this problem.

In fact, I have tried to remove (unscrew) the click mechanism, have been unable to do so, and concluded that PSI had it "stuck" in for good !

The weird thing, I thought, is that the PSI instructions show the click mechanism unscrewed from the cap coupler.

There's always more to "this business" than you expect at first.
