Printing PM'S

ok... silly question. I have looked and tried to print pm's and don't seem to see a way to do it. I get pm's all the time with a lot of info that I'd like to be able to print. is there an easy way I'm not seeing?

Hi Erik,
All I do is highlight the portion I want to print and then right click it and choose print. I have windows 7, don't know if that will work with something else though.

I have been doing something like that already. just thought it was odd that you cant just hit a print button and make it simple.

You don't even have to highlight the text you want , you can just bring up the PM and right click the page and print it . It does print the whole page though .

Try GadWin Print Screen. Its free and allows you to copy all or part of your display to the system clip board and can be pasted into emails, Word docs, or printed.

You can download your entire PM box using the links at the bottom in text or xml format. If you'd like you can then print out all of your messages at lot easier. It's also useful for archiving your messages for future reference.

Ok , to print just the PM . Select (highlight) the message you want to print then right click and select print preview . This will pop the print preview screen . From the drop down box in the middle of the top header chose "As selected on screen" then click on the printer button on the left top of screen and only the part of the page that you selected will print . This works on XP and Vista and I think Win 7 as well .

Here's an offline PM management solution. I have not tested it. It takes the XML you can generate from your PM box and organizes in a database on your local machine. Looks kinda cool.
