premium super curly KOA

I have a couple of slabs of Super Curly KOA that I am going to be cutting up into blanks. I am willing to trade blanks of beautiful KOA for rollerball or fountain kits with bushings. the slabs do not show the curl in their current state but this link shows you the quality of the KOA.

Here is the Slab I will be cutting your blanks from!! I just ran it through my jointer to get a nice surface.

Are you cutting with the grain or across the grain or 17deg off the grain

across to capture as much curl as possible

Hopefully when you say "across" you mean to rip the board down the long edge. So you would have very long blanks that you could then cut into 5.5inch blanks. That would result in some really nice blanks!
