I don't know that read receipts work here at all... I'm not sure if they are turned off globally, for me or if something else, but I don't think I've ever seen one.

They do work if accessed through a browser just not sure about ForumRunner. Right now I have I confirmed PM receipt and 2 unconfirmed PM receipts showing when I go to my PM page.
