I am not religious.. but asking everyone to keep a fellow wood turner and good friend of mine in there thoughts right now.

last week he complained of what appeared to be MI symptoms (a heart attack) he didnt get treatment straight away but did see his doctor a day later... he was given the all clear which I am not happy with:mad:

last night he had another turn and his wife called a ambulance out.
He had a heart attack again!

luckily he is stable but they put a stent in within a hour or so of his arrival.

if it wasnt for the fast responce of his wife and the ambulance and the hspt staff he may not be here with us today.

Good luck Brian.. I wish you the best.. please everyone just have him in your thoughts during this hard time.. and his wife Jane.

Thank you all..

Prayers for Brian.

Folks, please be careful. This happened to me as well. My family history is rife with death from heart attacks. I was feeling a severe pain in my upper chest over a 1 week period. I went to my Doc on a Tuesday and he told me 'it's just stress.' The very next day I had a massive heart attack which was followed by open heart surgery. This led to 11 more heart procedures over the next 10 years which forced my disability retirement. SO BE CAREFUL!!!

If YOU think it's heart, go to the ER or immediately to a cardiologist. Also, heart problems can also mask themselves as indigestion, and in women, 'pressure' on the chest.
