So before they shipped my tags I called them and said how do you charge $16.50 for shipping such a small item in Canada. They said oh yours will fit in a standard letter so we will change your shipping to a regular letter and the $16.50 is for a small parcel on line and that is the default for a minimum order.
I am glad I called now it cost me $5.60 including shipping.
