Hey, I've got a buffing wheel and white diamond rouge -- give it a whack.

Polished up just like new.

I tried that on an old pair of eyeglasses to see if I could clean them up. Lost the layer of coating right away. Didn't try it again, especially on current lenses! I have improved my face shield with polish though.

Yeah, these were cheap wrap-arounds - no coating. That probably wouldn't be good.

Don't think I'll be trying to buff the scratch out of my Costa Del Mars either.
