Piston fill fountain pens?

I was hoping someone could help me out here. Silver pen parts has a tap for a piston fill mechanism. They don't have a mechanism. So my question is twofold. Does anyone know where I can get the piston mechanisms? and Has anyone made one and can you tell me if its incredibly complicated or relatively simple (I'd also love any tips for building one)? Okay, that was like fourfold . Any help would really be appreciated.
